Gujarat practice derailment: Rail visitors was on Monday disrupted in Gujarat after a items practice derailed close to Mangal Mahudi railway station within the Dahod district of the state. In line with the main points, 16 coaches of the practice derailed between Mangal Mahudi – Limkheda stations due to which the facility provide was broken.

Commenting on the incident, railway sources mentioned the products practice from Vadodara was heading north when the derailment occurred and the wheels of some coaches obtained indifferent and broke. Because the coaches piled upon one another, the overhead electrical provide line was broken.
Following the incident, Western Railway took to Twitter and mentioned some 27 passenger trains have been diverted.
Trains from Delhi had been diverted on the Ratlam- Chittorgarh-Ajmer Palanpur- Ahmedabad – Vadodara route. Trains from Mumbai to Delhi had been diverted to Chayapuri- Ahmedabad- Palanpur- Ajmer-Jaipur and onwards.
“The accident occurred round 12.30 a.m., 16 coaches have derailed and groups have began work to revive strains. I’m hopeful that by night at the least one line (monitor) shall be restored, and after trial we can use the monitor,” Ratlam Divisional Operational Supervisor Ajay Thakur informed IANS.
